Live Edition update commitment

A quarterly update is a revised edition of the book (PDF and EPUB), published in January, April, July and October, with a dated Update Log entry listing every change to grades, regulatory status, tools and corrections. If nothing material changed in a quarter, the update says so and re-confirms each regulatory statement against FDA.gov.

What this book is not

It isn’t medical advice. It reports approved label doses and published study doses, each labelled by its source, but it doesn’t tell you what to take, and it gives no protocols or stacks. It doesn’t recommend or link to any seller. It is written to help you ask better questions, especially of a licensed clinician.
