- Disclose every time. Put the disclosure with the recommendation itself, in every post, video, email or story that includes your link, not only in your bio or a links page.
- No health, treatment or outcome claims, about peptides or about the book.
- No doses, protocols or seller recommendations alongside your link.
- Current prices and deadlines only. Don’t quote a discount or end date that isn’t live.
- No paid search on “Peptide Companion” or “E.D. Rowan.”
- No unsolicited email.
EvidenceLine Research may end the arrangement at any time for a breach of these terms.
How to disclose
The FTC’s guidance is that a material connection, including a commission or a free copy, must be disclosed clearly and conspicuously, with the endorsement itself, and that affiliate links are covered.
- Use plain words: “#ad,” “affiliate link,” or “I earn a commission if you buy through my link.”
- In video, say it out loud and show it on screen.
- If you received a free copy, say so, even if you would have bought it anyway.
